Baxtop is operated by Open Rationale Pty Ltd (ABN 19 155 798 593), Brisbane, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Website enquiries: the name, organisation, email address, phone number and enquiry details you send us. Baxtop services: device identifiers, location data, check-in and assistance events, and the account details of authorised users of Baxtop Management.

Who the information is about

Where a customer deploys Baxtop to its workforce, that customer decides who is issued a device, what is recorded and who may view it. Open Rationale processes that information on the customer's behalf. Workers with questions about how their employer uses Baxtop should raise them with their employer in the first instance.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, to deliver and support the Baxtop service, to raise and route assistance alerts, and to meet our legal obligations.

Where it is stored

Device, location and check-in data is stored and processed in Australian regions. Access is role-based and limited to authorised users.

Retention

Retention windows are configured per customer. Customers may request export or deletion of their data.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate Baxtop, and where required by law.
