Baxtop
Product, software, connectivity, cloud platform, second-line support and development. We hold stock and carry warranty.
Distributor
Distribution, sales reach, industrial relationships, reseller network and logistics.
Installer or reseller
The customer relationship, fitment, commissioning, local sales and the ongoing account.
The customer rings the installer for anything physical and Baxtop for the service. Commercial terms, margin and installation rates are discussed directly, not published here.
